Regulations for the provision of services by electronic means for the vortumnus.pl portal

  1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) constitutes the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means between the Service Provider, which is Zakład Przetwórstwa Owoców i Warzyw “Vortumnus” Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lisów, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs and the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS [company registration number] 000190725, holding NIP [tax identification number] 685-204-96-32, share capital in the amount of PLN 7,778,200 (seven million seven hundred seventy eight thousand two hundred zlotys) fully paid-up, and the service recipient using this portal (hereinafter referred to as: the User).
  2. By using the vortumnus.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Portal, the User accepts the Regulations and the Privacy Policy. The uniform text of the Regulations is available for download by the User at Regulations while the Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy.

  4. The Portal’s services are provided through an electronic ICT system, which includes the Portal’s hosting and the User’s device.
  5. For the proper display of the Portal, the User needs a device with Internet access, a web browser that allows the display of hypertext documents, supports the web service, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and accepts cookies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the incorrect display of the Portal on devices that do not meet the aforementioned specifications.
  6. Despite the fact that the Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the operation of the Portal is correct on devices that meet the specifications mentioned in point 5, it may not be responsible for its malfunctioning on any devices.
  7. Within the Portal, the User may view the Service Provider’s offer free of charge, as well as contact it using contact forms and other data available on the Portal. 8. The content on the Portal does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.
  8. It is forbidden to act to the detriment of the Portal by the User, in particular attempting any kind of hacking attacks. The User is prohibited from using viruses, bots, worms or other harmful computer codes, programs or files on the Portal.
  9. The materials available on the website are protected by copyright. Copying them without the written consent of their author is prohibited.
  10. Despite the fact that the Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Portal is fully reliable, it is not responsible for any information incompleteness or out-of-date information.
  11. The Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of the Portal at all times. It also reserves the right to discontinue publication of the Portal without prior notice to the user. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage caused to the User’s device as a result of using the Portal.
  12. The User is fully responsible for breaking the law or for any damage caused by his/her actions on the Portal.
  13. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the regulations without notifying the User in advance. The User is obliged to check periodically whether he/she is familiar with the latest version of the Regulations.
  14. The Regulations shall enter into force on 11/02/2022
  15. In cases not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the law of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
