All base ingredients are chosen and selected by us personally – we oversee cultivation, monitor quality, and verify harvests. 

We work with proven suppliers, primarily from Poland. At Vortumnus, people matter, which is why our relationships with business partners are built on trust, quality, and shared values related to responsible sourcing.

The type, size, and form of ingredients are individually tailored to each product. At Vortumnus, quality is not only about raw materials but also about structure and preparation methods. As a result, our preserves delight with flavor while maintaining consistently high quality and visual appeal.

The selection and verification of ingredients are key stages of the process – whether whole fruits or vegetables, diced pieces, or slices, each form is carefully matched to a specific product type. We use only the finest ingredients available on the market, ensuring a distinctive taste and consistent results.

Nature and its richness are the foundation of our work and a constant source of inspiration. In our processes, we eliminate unnecessary additives. We use water from our own deep wells and apply internal quality control procedures that are continuously refined in line with the latest standards.
