Sour cherry-flavored filling is a high-quality fruit confectionery filling with a lightly gelled, semi-transparent structure and a distinctive, refreshing cherry flavor. Based on apple purée with the addition of flavorings, colorants, gelling agents, and preservatives, it performs perfectly in professional confectionery production, both for cold and hot applications.

Product intended for use at a baking temperature of 200-220°C for 15-20 minutes. After heat processing, it retains a jelly-like structure with an intense color and the flavor of fresh fruit. It can be used with nozzle filling machines, making it an excellent choice for both artisanal and industrial facilities.

Ideal for buns, donuts, small pastries and shortcrust pastries, as well as an insulating layer beneath creams, fillings, and whipped cream, and for baking cake rims and layers.
