Multifruit marmalade fortified with fiber is a functional, high-quality product with a thick consistency, intended for professional use in bakery, confectionery, and food service. Prepared from fruit purées with the addition of natural coloring and fruit fiber, it is a versatile semi-finished product used in many types of baked goods.

Thanks to its added fiber content (4.7 g/100 g), the marmalade retains its shape, consistency and intense flavor even after baking, while also improving the structure of the semi-finished product, reducing water migration and significantly enhancing its thermal stability, allowing it to remain stable both inside and on the surface of the pastry. It is characterized by a homogeneous, stable consistency that is easy to dose and apply in production lines, while its ready-to-use form ensures convenience, time savings and recipe consistency, while also supporting the creation of healthier confectionery products.

It is an ideal addition to doughnuts, yeast pastries, shortcrust and puff pastries, as well as other products requiring an aromatic and stable filling.
