Once properly cut, it is subjected to a long, slow sweetening process. As a result, our gluten-free rhubarb preserves have a thick consistency, visible pieces of rhubarb, and a natural flavor and aroma.

By relying on the natural sweetness of ripe rhubarb, we reduced the sugar content – our preserves contain 30% less sugar than other preserves of this type.
